When signing for a delivery you have agreed to accept the item and that the item was received in good condition and that the packaging was not damaged. Should you wish to avoid paying carriage, please place your order online and select ‘Collect From Factory’ as the shipping method. We recommend you still pay for your order online in advance as we ONLY accept cash as payment at the factory. We DO NOT have credit card facilities at the factory.
